Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) apply to the web development services provided by RapidWeblap (hereinafter: Service Provider). By placing an order, the Client accepts these Terms.

The Service Provider offers the following services: • Brochure website development and operation (1–5 pages) • Multi-page business website development and operation • Website with a custom feature (an embedded booking tool, calculator, client area etc.) • Simple web shop development and operation • A custom solution by individual quote • Website operation, maintenance and updates • SEO optimization and speed improvement Services are available on a subscription basis only, for a monthly fee plus a single setup fee; there is no one-off purchase price. Add-on services are charged monthly as well. Detailed descriptions can be found on the Pricing page.

Testing and approval: the Client sees the finished website before go-live, with no payment obligation 7. Go-live, when the setup fee and the first monthly fee become due

• The setup fee (one monthly fee of the plan; 0 Ft on the Rapid Business plan) and the first monthly fee are due at go-live • The monthly fee is thereafter due monthly in advance, against a pro-forma invoice • Payment method: bank transfer or payment link • Payment deadline: 8 days • On annual prepayment, 12 months are payable at the price of 10 • Prices are VAT-exempt; should the Service Provider's VAT-exempt status end, 27% VAT is added to the prices In case of late payment the Service Provider sends written reminders for 30 days and may thereafter suspend the availability of the website.

• Rapid Start: 5 working days • Rapid Business: 10 working days • Rapid Business+: 15 working days • Rapid Shop: 20 working days • Rapid Egyedi: as set out in the individual quote Deadlines are calculated from design approval. Delays caused by the Client (e.g. late submission of materials) will extend the deadline proportionally.

• The domain is registered in the Client's name from day one • The source code and content become the Client's property upon payment of the 24th monthly fee; until then the Service Provider operates the site, and the Client remains the owner of the content throughout • The Service Provider reserves the right to showcase the project as a reference (unless otherwise agreed) • Licensing of stock images, fonts, and other third-party assets is the Client's responsibility

• The Client sees the finished website before go-live; the payment obligation arises at go-live • Withdrawal: within 30 days of go-live the Client may withdraw without giving reasons, and the Service Provider refunds the setup fee and the monthly fees paid • Minimum term: 12 months from go-live (24 months on the Rapid Egyedi plan); thereafter the contract becomes open-ended with a 30-day notice period • On termination within the minimum term, the monthly fees for the months remaining from the term become due in one payment • Annual prepayment is available: 12 months at the price of 10 • After month 24 the source code and content are the Client's and the monthly fee drops to the plan's care rate; from then on the care plan can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice and the site can be moved to another provider • The monthly fee includes: hosting, SSL, domain management, security and technical updates, monitoring, and the plan's monthly edit allowance (unused allowance does not roll over) • The domain is registered in the Client's name from day one; its annual fee is borne by the Client • The Service Provider may adjust the monthly fee once a year, with effect from 1 January, by no more than the previous year's consumer price index published by the Hungarian Central Statistical Office, and by the VAT rate should its VAT status change, with 30 days' prior notice • Founding clients: the monthly fee of the first 20 clients is fixed for 24 months, in exchange for a published case study and a Google review • On termination the Service Provider keeps the Client's content available in an exportable format for 30 days

• Bug fixing is part of the monthly fee for the whole term • The warranty covers technical defects caused by the Service Provider • Not covered: modifications requested by the Client, third-party interference, failures of a third party's service • The Service Provider gives no warranty as to the legal compliance of the Client's content, conformance with accessibility standards, or search engine ranking

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for: • Website content (text, images provided by the Client) • Third-party services (hosting, domain) • Lost profits or indirect damages • Force majeure events

• The Client may withdraw from the contract at any time before go-live, free of charge • On withdrawal within 30 days of go-live, the Service Provider refunds the fees paid • After those 30 days, termination within the minimum term makes the monthly fees for the remaining months due in one payment; after the minimum term a 30-day notice period applies • The Service Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect if the Client materially breaches the terms

The parties shall endeavour to resolve disputes amicably. If this fails, Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by Hungarian law.
