Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before using our services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) apply to the web development services provided by RapidWeblap (hereinafter: Service Provider). By placing an order, the Client accepts these Terms.

2. Services

The Service Provider offers the following services: • Single-page landing page development • Multi-page business website development • Website maintenance and updates • SEO optimization and speed improvement Detailed descriptions of the services can be found on the Pricing page.

3. Order process

1. Contact us via the website or email 2. Free consultation to assess your requirements 3. Quotation sent 4. Order confirmation and deposit payment 5. Design and development 6. Testing and approval 7. Handover and final invoice settlement

4. Payment terms

• Deposit: 50% of the total amount, due upon order placement • Final invoice: the remaining 50%, due upon delivery • Payment method: bank transfer • Payment deadline: 8 days In case of late payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend work.

5. Delivery deadlines

• RapidStart (landing page): 1 week • RapidBusiness (multi-page): 2 weeks • Custom projects: by agreement Deadlines are calculated from order confirmation and receipt of the deposit. Delays caused by the Client (e.g. late submission of materials) will extend the deadline proportionally.

6. Intellectual property

• The source code developed during the project becomes the Client's property upon settlement of the final invoice • The Service Provider reserves the right to showcase the project as a reference (unless otherwise agreed) • Licensing of stock images, fonts, and other third-party assets is the Client's responsibility

7. Warranty and support

• 60-day bug fix warranty from the date of delivery • The warranty covers technical defects caused by the Service Provider • Not covered: modifications requested by the Client, third-party interference, hosting issues

8. Limitation of liability

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for: • Website content (text, images provided by the Client) • Third-party services (hosting, domain) • Lost profits or indirect damages • Force majeure events

9. Termination

• The Client may withdraw from the contract before work commences; the deposit will be refunded • If the Client withdraws after work has commenced, the proportional fee for completed work must be paid • The Service Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect if the Client materially breaches the terms

10. Dispute resolution

The parties shall endeavour to resolve disputes amicably. If this fails, Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by Hungarian law.
